The AFE Society is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to the Advancement of Founder Empowerment (AFE) — we operationalize this through three mechanisms: financial literacy coaching for underrepresented individuals and, technical and leadership coaching/mentorship for start-up founders. Our mission is to empower individuals and business founders to build sustainable wealth. We envision a world where all people, regardless of demographics or backgrounds, are able to build generational wealth.

Coaching

We engage the community, assessing your needs.  We provide individualized coaching and the support required to build individual financial and technical literacy and cultivate or support entrepreneurs and startup leaders. The ultimate goal of our services is to create generational wealth in communities most in need of economic development.

Our Services

Starting and running a successful company involves navigating a sea of advice, often found in numerous books aimed at those with varying levels of financial support. Entrepreneurship offers the chance to leave a lasting impact and attain economic mobility typically limited to the privileged few. However, accessing support and expertise can be challenging, especially for startups outside major cities lacking diverse talent pools. Securing a mentor in finance, technology, or leadership can make or break a company's success.​
